Chris Kemmerly’s inspiration to start and build respected homebuilding and development companies began during his formative years, which were guided by two hard-driving Illinois homebuilders with a talent for seizing opportunities — his father Jack and grandfather John Frederick.

Eric Entringer is President of Miramonte Multifamily Communities. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of Miramonte’s multifamily strategy including site selection, planning, development, construction, leasing, and disposition of Miramonte’s multifamily properties.

In 2017, Miramonte welcomed Chad Hunley to the Miramonte Executive Team as Chief Financial Officer. Chad’s willingness to be involved in all aspects of a business has provided him with a unique understanding of information flow, benefitting both the business and accounting process.
